What size should I get?

Large is recommended for most customers. Please refer to the sizing chart for better reference.

Are the graffiti pieces custom made?

Yes, TAGG only sells custom, uniquely designed hoodies.

What types of clothing do you offer?

Currently, we offer hoodies and sweatshirts (hoodies without a hood). You can choose from our pre-designed pieces or contact us to get your own unique design custom made.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting us via Instagram, Rednote (小红书), or personally through WeChat. Either request for an available pre-designed clothing item or a custom graffiti design. We will then guide you through the process of designing, purchasing, and the shipping process.

What colours do the hoodies come in?

For custom hoodies, you can choose between black, dark grey, light grey, and white. Sample colours will be provided upon your request to purchase.

What locations do you ship to?

As of now, we only ship throughout China. There may be some flexibility for shipments to Hong Kong upon request.

How long does it take to recieve my order?

Orders take between 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of your design. Once shipped, delivery may take around 2-7 days depending on your location.

Can I return my hoodie after purchasing?

We have a no-return policy as each design is custom made.
